We collect information that you provide to us through the Website for recruitment and selection purposes which includes assessing and evaluating your suitability for employment in relation to current or future employment opportunities.
The type of personal information that we collect may include, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, gender, address, contact details, nationality, occupation, qualifications, curriculum vitae/resume, references, passport details, visa or residency status, photograph, drivers licence, criminal and medical history, employment and financial information.
If you do not provide all or some of the information that we require, we may be unable to process the job application. The information produced by these checks may lead us to discontinue your application for a current or future employment vacancy.
Use and disclosure
We may use your personal information in connection with the position you have expressed an interest in, to contact you in future about our employment positions that may match your skills and experience, for the purposes of administering and improving the Website, improving our recruitment services, and to communicate with you.
We will not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties, except as reasonably necessary for our functions and activities, to carry out your requests, and/or as required or permitted by law or professional standards. This may involve sharing your personal information with referees nominated by you, your former employer and that we contract to assist us with our recruitment process.

Your rights and choices
You can change or update your own profile details stored on the Website at any time. You can also ask to be removed from our database.
You can request access to personal information held about you by us. We require all requests for access to be in writing. Any requests made by an agent on your behalf (such as a lawyer) must be accompanied by a written authority from you that particular agent to act on your behalf. In certain circumstances specified by the relevant we may refuse access to your personal information.

The content of this Privacy Notice may be updated from time to time, without prior notice to you, to take account of new laws and technology and changes to our business practices. We will post a prominent notice on the Website to notify you of any significant changes and indicate at the top of the Privacy Notice when it was most recently updated.

I confirm that all the information that I have provided as part of my application for employment is true, accurate and complete. I accept that any false, misleading, inaccurate or incomplete information that I provide may lead to my application for employment being rejected or to an offer of employment being withdrawn or to termination of my employment.
By providing Beca with my personal information, I expressly acknowledge the possibility of, and consent to, the cross border transfer, use, disclosure and storage of my personal information as reasonably required for Beca’s functions and activities.
